Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Head – HVAC to lead and manage chiller projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, team management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Management:
Oversee end-to-end HVAC project execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors for seamless project delivery.
Technical Expertise:
Lead chiller projects, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements.
Optimize ducting, piping, and cooling systems for efficiency and sustainability.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Manage project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, and technicians.
Conduct regular site visits, ensuring smooth project progress and safety compliance.
Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
Prepare project budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure project profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all projects follow HVAC industry standards (ISHRAE, ASHRAE, etc.).
Implement health & safety regulations at project sites.

Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
PMP Certification (Preferred but not mandatory)
