The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project managers in organizing and executing ongoing projects within the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
– Assist project managers in organizing ongoing projects
– Schedule meetings and coordinate project-related activities
– Track project progress and update project timelines
– Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders
– Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
– Help identify and resolve project issues
– Support project managers in budget management and resource allocation

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
– 1 year of experience in project coordination or related role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in project management tools and software
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
– 1 year of experience in project coordination or similar role
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
