Job Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting project managers and teams in planning, executing and monitoring projects. You will assist in coordinating project activities, tracking timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects meet their objectives within budget and schedule constraints.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
– Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
– Track project progress and update stakeholders on milestones and deliverables
– Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget
– Identify risks and issues that may impact project outcomes and assist in developing mitigation strategies
– Communicate with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
– Prepare project reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– 0-3 years of experience in project coordination or related role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in project management tools and software
– Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
– Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
