CTC: ₹45K – ₹50K per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Purchase/Procurement Engineer to manage the sourcing and procurement of materials required for HVAC projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, cost optimization, and supply chain coordination while ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure quality materials at competitive prices.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to forecast material requirements.
Handle purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Work closely with engineering and operations teams to meet project deadlines.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure materials meet quality and regulatory requirements.
Use ERP and procurement software for purchasing and inventory management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Supply Chain Management or a related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (preferably in the HVAC industry).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of HVAC materials, equipment, and industry standards.
Experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in HVAC, MEP, or construction procurement.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance.
Certification in Supply Chain Management (CIPS, APICS) is a plus.
