Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Process Trainer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The Process Trainer will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs for employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.
– Create training materials, manuals, and presentations.
– Conduct training sessions in both group and one-on-one settings.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
– Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve performance.
– Collaborate with management to identify training needs and objectives.
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven work experience as a Process Trainer or similar role.
– Strong understanding of training and development principles.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to engage and motivate employees.
– Organizational and time-management skills.
– Knowledge of best practices in training program design and delivery.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field.
– Certification in Training and Development is a plus.
