Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Business Ethics & Compliance to join our client’s pharmaceutical team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of compliance frameworks in the pharma sector and a passion for promoting ethical practices.
This position supports the implementation of company-wide compliance initiatives, audits, and internal investigations, and works closely with cross-functional departments.
 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, refining, and executing business ethics and compliance programs
Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory assessments
Promote ethical culture through training sessions, awareness drives, and policy communication
Handle documentation and support investigations related to compliance breaches
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies
Work with legal, HR, and business units to resolve compliance-related issues
Required Skills & Experience:
2–4 years of relevant experience in compliance within the pharmaceutical industry
Familiarity with Indian and international compliance laws (e.g., GxP, FCPA)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and compliance software
