Job Overview:
The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the bank’s mortgage portfolio, including Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves building strong client relationships, working with Open Market and DSA channels, ensuring timely loan processing, monitoring portfolio performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow mortgage portfolios (HL / LAP).
Handle client relationships and ensure timely processing of loans.
Work with Open Market and DSA channels to generate business.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
