Position: Planning Engineer – HVAC
Location: Pan India
Experience: 7-8 Years
Salary: 45K to 50K per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer – HVAC to oversee project planning and scheduling for HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project timelines, resource allocation, cost estimation, and ensuring smooth execution in coordination with project managers and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling:Develop detailed project schedules for HVAC installations, including ducting, piping, and chiller systems.Use project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Excel for planning and tracking.
Ensure timely execution of projects by monitoring progress and adjusting schedules as needed.
MEP Coordination & Execution:Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams for seamless integration.
Review and interpret HVAC system drawings and layouts using AutoCAD/Revit.
Coordinate material and resource planning to prevent delays.
Cost Estimation & Budgeting:Prepare project cost estimates and optimize resource utilization.
Maintain budgets while ensuring high-quality execution.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving:Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, schedules, and cost analysis.
Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Certification in Project Planning or Management (Preferred but not mandatory)
