Job Title: Picker-Packer

Location: Ahmedabad (Makarba, Prahladnagar, Maninagar, South Bopal, Thaltej, Memnagar)
Working Hours:
Morning Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM
Evening Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM
Night Shift: 10 PM – 6 AM
Positions Available: 30
Salary: ₹12,142 + PF + ESIC
Bonus: ₹1,500 on completing 15 days, an additional ₹1,500 after the next 15 days
Eligibility:
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
Male & Female both can apply
Job Responsibilities:
Order Picking:
Collect and prepare items as per customer orders
Ensure the correct quantity and type of products are picked
Packing & Labeling:
Properly pack items to prevent damage
Label orders correctly before dispatch
Inventory Management:
Maintain records of stock levels
Report missing or damaged items
Quality Check:
Inspect items for defects before packing
Ensure orders meet Blinkit’s quality standards
Dispatch & Coordination:
Assist in loading packed orders for delivery
Work with team members to ensure smooth operations
