Kalapurnam Institute is looking for a sincere and hardworking Peon to support daily office operations and maintain a clean and organized workplace. The ideal candidate should be punctual, responsible, and willing to assist staff with routine office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day office work and administrative support
• Deliver files, documents, and parcels within the office
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises
• Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and office arrangements
• Purchase office supplies and handle local errands as required
• Support staff with miscellaneous office tasks
• Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and furniture
• Follow office rules and maintain discipline
