Job Description:
K&Z Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Management Executive to manage payroll operations and ensure timely and accurate salary processing. The candidate should have knowledge of payroll procedures, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and salary records
• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
• Verify payroll data and resolve payroll-related discrepancies
• Prepare salary statements and payroll reports
• Maintain employee payroll documentation and records
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Update payroll information in HRMS and payroll software
• Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information

• Payroll Processing and Salary Administration
• Attendance and Leave Management
• Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS)
• Income Tax and Payroll Tax Calculations
• HRMS and Payroll Software Proficiency
• MS Excel and Data Management

Eligibility:
• Graduate in Commerce, HR, or Related Field Preferred
• 1 to 2 Years of Experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance required
