Job Description: Payroll Executive

Job Overview:
As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees. You will work closely with the HR and accounting departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in processing payroll for employees on a regular basis
– Verify and input employee time data, benefits, and deductions
– Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee information
– Prepare reports for management regarding payroll processing
– Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
– Assist in managing payroll records and documentation
– Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software
– Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employee information
– Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards
