Role & Responsibilities
Support day-to-day office and administrative activities
Handle documentation, filing, scanning, and data entry
Manage emails, internal communication, and follow-ups
Assist departments with routine office coordination
Maintain office records, registers, and files accurately
Prepare basic reports, MIS, and documents as required
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers
Support meeting arrangements and office scheduling
Perform additional office-related duties as assigned

Education / Qualification
Graduate in any discipline

Knowledge / Skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
