Job Description
One of our client is seeking an experienced Outbound Team Leader to lead our renewal process team at PNB MetLife Insurance. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Excel, dialer systems, and knowledge of outbound processes.
Key Requirements:
– 1+ year experience as a Team Leader in outbound customer service/contact center
– Life insurance industry experience (renewals preferred)
– Excellent English communication skills
– Proficient in Excel, dialer systems, and dialer matrix
– Knowledge of KRA and KPI metrics for outbound processes
– Immediate joiner
Responsibilities:
– Lead and motivate outbound renewal team
– Ensure quality and efficiency in customer interactions
– Monitor and analyze team performance metrics
– Implement process improvements
Offer:
– Salary: up to ₹20,000-30,000 in-hand + incentives (based on team performance)
– Day shift: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
