We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Associate F&B – Order Taker & Cashier. The ideal candidate will manage customer orders, handle payments, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate the billing system/POS machine
Process payments (cash, UPI, card, etc.)
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
Address customer queries politely and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter
Candidate Requirements:
Fresher to 2 years of experience in F&B service or similar
Good communication skills
Basic computer/POS system knowledge
Customer-friendly, punctual, and enthusiastic
Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
