Job Overview:
The Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. With 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, the consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical expertise to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Responsibilities:
– Customize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to meet client requirements
– Develop and implement technical solutions for HCM Cloud modules
– Provide technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
– Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure successful deployment
– Assist in training and knowledge transfer to client teams
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and customization
– Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts
– Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and data migration tools
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
– Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud modules is a plus
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and customization
– Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
