Job Overview:
The Oracle CDM Functional will be responsible for providing expertise in the development and implementation of Oracle Customer Data Management solutions. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
– Gather and analyze business requirements related to Customer Data Management.
– Design, configure, and implement Oracle CDM solutions.
– Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle CDM systems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
– Conduct user training and create documentation as needed.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Customer Data Management.
– Strong understanding of Customer Data Management concepts and best practices.
– Proficient in Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH) and other related Oracle applications.
– Experience with data integration, data quality, and data governance processes.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
– Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH) certification preferred.
– Experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) and Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) is a plus.
– Familiarity with Agile methodology.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
