Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates on Optional Practical Training (OPT) visas. This role requires a strong understanding of the OPT regulations and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
– Source potential candidates through various channels
– Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and eligibility for OPT
– Assist candidates with OPT application process and documentation
– Build and maintain relationships with candidates and universities
– Keep up-to-date with OPT regulations and compliance requirements
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in OPT recruitment
– Strong understanding of OPT regulations and compliance requirements
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in recruiting software and tools
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
