Job Title: Operational Head

Job Overview:
The Operational Head is responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the organization. With at least 20 years of experience in the field, this role involves managing the day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
– Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
– Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve departmental goals.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
– Implement cost-effective measures to manage operational expenses and maximize profitability.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality of service delivery.

Requirements and Skills:
– A minimum of 20 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
– Proven track record of successfully managing operational activities and driving performance improvement.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
– In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
– Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
– Master’s degree or equivalent certification in Business Management or Operations is preferred.
