Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operational activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation
• Monitor process efficiency and ensure timely execution
• Handle data entry and operational reporting
• Assist in process improvements and workflow management
• Resolve operational issues and escalations
• Prepare MIS reports and performance updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support overall business operations and administration
