The Online Sales Representative plays a key role in driving online sales and revenue growth for the company. This individual is responsible for interacting with customers online, understanding their needs, and ultimately closing sales transactions through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:
– Engage with potential customers through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.
– Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet their requirements.
– Close sales transactions and meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:
