Key Responsibilities:
Manage leads from platforms like IndiaMart, Alibaba, WhatsApp, and direct inquiries
Conduct effective follow-ups via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
Communicate fluently in English (both spoken and written)
Utilize Outlook and be proficient in internet-based research and communication
Execute online and offline business promotions
Handle administrative and management tasks efficiently
Manage time effectively and collaborate with teams
Willing to travel if required and take ownership of tasks
Adapt quickly and work independently
