Job Overview:
As an Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees within the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring that new hires are properly introduced to company policies, procedures, and culture, ultimately helping them become productive team members.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and schedule orientation sessions for new employees.
– Prepare and distribute onboarding materials.
