Job Description:
As an Onboarding Executive (US HR), you will be responsible for assisting the HR department with the onboarding of new hires,
primarily for US-based clients. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-en
onboarding processes for US-based hires.
Verify candidate documentation and background checks as per client requirements.
Communicate with candidates via phone and email to complete onboarding steps.
Maintain accurate records of onboarding data and update internal systems accordingly.
Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to ensure timely onboarding.
nsure compliance with all client-specific and federal onboarding regulations.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the onboarding journey.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions or willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
