Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Boy to provide general support and assistance in maintaining a clean and organized office environment. The Office Boy will perform various tasks such as running errands, preparing beverages, handling mail, and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked.

Responsibilities:
– Performing various office chores such as cleaning, organizing, and tidying up workspaces.
– Running errands outside the office, such as making bank deposits and picking up supplies.
– Preparing and serving beverages to staff and visitors.
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
– Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents as needed.
– Ensuring the office kitchen and pantry are well-maintained and stocked.
– Monitoring and replenishing office supplies.
– Assisting with setting up meeting rooms and preparing for appointments.
– Providing general support to staff as required.

Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as an Office Boy or similar role would be an advantage.
– Knowledge of basic office management tasks.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks.
– Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
