Responsibilities:
– Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
– Maintaining office cleanliness by performing cleaning tasks.
– Assisting with photocopying, filing, and organizing office documents.
– Running errands such as purchasing office supplies or equipment.
– Supporting office staff with clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
