Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Node Team Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee and manage a team of developers working on Node.js projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team in developing high-quality, scalable, and efficient Node.js applications while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of Node.js developers to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications.
– Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
– Manage project resources, including assigning tasks and tracking progress.
– Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Node.js development.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in Node.js development.
– Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
– Strong knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as Express.js and Nest.js.
– Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Experience with database systems such as MongoDB and MySQL.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in Node.js development.
