Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Node Lead to join our team. The Node Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Node.js applications. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working with Node.js and proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Node.js applications
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
– Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and debugging
– Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Node.js
– Proven experience in leading development teams
– Strong understanding of backend development and server-side technologies
– Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, and related technologies
– Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 5 years of experience working with Node.js
– Strong leadership and communication skills
