Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users, as well as developing server-side logic.
Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js
– Design, build, and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code
– Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
– Implement security and data protection measures
– Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
– Evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
– Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise
– Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers
Requirements and Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 2 to 4 years of experience in Node.js development
– Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
– Proficient knowledge of server-side templating languages such as EJS or Handlebars
– Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
– Familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
– Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
