Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization’s network infrastructure and ensuring its optimal performance.

Responsibilities
– Designing and implementing scalable network solutions
– Configuring and managing network hardware and software
– Monitoring network performance and security
– Troubleshooting network issues and outages
– Collaborating with IT teams to ensure network compatibility
– Performing network maintenance and upgrades

Requirements and Skills
– Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role
– Strong knowledge of network protocols and security
– Experience with network diagnostic and monitoring tools
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
– Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+
– Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper networking equipment
– 5 years of experience in network administration
