**Medical Affairs Executive Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Role**
We’re looking for a highly skilled Medical Affairs professional to support our scientific communication, ensure compliance with medical reviews, engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and contribute to training and clinical initiatives.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Answer complex medical questions from both inside and outside the company with accuracy and evidence-based information
* Review and approve promotional and scientific materials to ensure they meet regulatory and ethical standards
* Help develop and implement training programs for our internal teams
* Coordinate scientific events, such as continuing medical education (CMEs) and advisory boards, with healthcare professionals
* Contribute to clinical support activities like literature reviews, investigator-initiated trials (IITs), and data generation projects
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, competitor insights, and scientific advancements in therapy areas
**What You’ll Need:**
* A strong foundation in pharmacology and therapeutic areas
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and high scientific accuracy
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
