Overview
We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and support marketing activities that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote products or services and strengthen market presence.
Role & Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Promote company products and services through field marketing, digital platforms, and events
Generate and follow up on leads in coordination with the sales team
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity
Support social media, email marketing, and content initiatives
Coordinate with designers, vendors, and agencies for marketing materials
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches
Maintain marketing databases and customer records
Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Marketing or digital marketing certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Ability to analyze market data and customer insights
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Time management and multitasking skills
Teamwork and coordination skills
