Title: Marketing Executive
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and support marketing initiatives that promote the company’s products or services. The ideal candidate will assist in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales through effective marketing campaigns and market research.
Role & Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
Promote products/services through digital marketing, field marketing, and events
Generate and follow up on leads in coordination with the sales team
Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activities
Support social media, email marketing, and content initiatives
Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams for marketing materials
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns
Maintain marketing databases and customer records
Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Marketing or digital marketing certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to analyze market data and customer insights
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Time management and multitasking skills
Teamwork and coordination skills
