Job Title: Manual Tester

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet quality standards before release. The Manual Tester will collaborate with the development team to identify issues, create test cases, and provide feedback to improve product quality.

Responsibilities:

– Create and execute manual test cases based on project requirements
– Identify and document software defects in a detailed manner
– Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and retest fixes
– Participate in the analysis and review of software requirements
– Provide timely and accurate feedback to the development team
– Assist in the creation of test plans and strategies

Requirements and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manual Tester
– Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
– Proficiency in creating test cases and test plans
– Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 3+ years of experience in manual testing
– Strong knowledge of software testing principles
– Proficiency with testing tools and technologies
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
