Job Overview:
The Manager – HR Operations will oversee all aspects of human resources operations within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices to ensure the effective running of HR functions. The Manager will be responsible for managing a team and driving initiatives to enhance HR operations efficiency.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
– Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
– Manage payroll and benefits administration
– Analyze and report HR data metrics to senior management
– Drive HR process improvements and automation

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager or similar role
– In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Experience in team management
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 7 years of experience in HR operations management
– Proficiency in HR software and systems
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
– Certification in HR management (preferred)
