Job Title: Loan Officer (Telesales)
Location: Ahmedabad (Bopal & Vastrapur)
Openings: 30 Positions
Salary: ₹2.25 – ₹2.80 LPA + Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Overview:
We are hiring Loan Officers to join our growing mortgage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining loan products, and guiding them through the loan application process. If you are enthusiastic, persuasive, and have strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients for home loan products
Explain loan offerings and eligibility criteria clearly and convincingly
Generate leads and convert them into loan applications
Maintain customer follow-ups and ensure timely documentation
Meet assigned sales targets and daily calling benchmarks
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Telesales or loan sales experience preferred (Freshers may apply)
Fluent in Hindi, English, or Gujarati
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Vastrapur – 10 Positions
