Graduate in any stream
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati

Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Loan Officer in the Mortgage – Tele Sales division. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on dialer systems to contact leads and generate home loan prospects
Set appointments for prospects and assign them to the field sales team
Track field officer activities related to appointments and document collection
Monitor file progress until submission to the credit team and serial number generation
Maintain 9-hour daily login with minimum 3.5 hours of talk time
Attend scheduled feedback sessions with the Quality team
Participate in weekly performance reviews with the team leader
Ensure conversation quality focusing on accuracy, product knowledge, objection handling, and CRM documentation
Provide consistent support to the sales team through follow-ups and coordination
Understand company products and competitor offerings
Generate business leads through customer referrals
Maintain basic workplace hygiene and discipline
