CTC: Up to ₹2.80 LPA + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to generate home loan leads
Explain loan products, eligibility & benefits
Fix appointments & coordinate with field sales teams
Maintain & update lead database, follow up regularly
Guide customers through the loan application process
Achieve monthly sales targets & maximize earnings
Ensure proper documentation & compliance with company policies
Required Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion & negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of home loans & financial services
Goal-driven with a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (preferred)
