Role & Responsibilities
Identify and approach prospective clients for life insurance solutions
Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms clearly
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Complete policy documentation and assist with onboarding
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Provide post-sales service and support policy renewals
Achieve assigned targets ethically and responsibly
Stay updated with product knowledge and regulatory guidelines
Participate in training and review meetings as required

Education / Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass
Insurance training/certification (as per IRDAI norms) will be provided

Knowledge / Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of financial products (preferred)
Customer-centric and result-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Integrity and adherence to compliance standards
