Job Description
The company is seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure cloud technologies, enterprise networking, and on-prem to cloud migrations. The ideal candidate will handle complex technical escalations, troubleshoot advanced issues, and support enterprise-level IT infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities
Handle Level 3 escalations across Azure, M365, servers, and networking.
Troubleshoot and manage Microsoft Azure services including Virtual Machines, VNETs, NSGs, Storage Accounts, and related infrastructure.
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID.
Configure and support Cisco ASA/Firepower, Meraki, and FortiGate firewalls.
Perform Intune MDM administration for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
Execute server migrations, Hyper-V administration, and on-prem to cloud transitions.
Utilize PowerShell and Azure CLI for automation, scripting, and configuration tasks.
Work with Microsoft Purview and governance/compliance tools.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting for enterprise environments.
Create documentation, SOPs, and root-cause analysis reports.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of M365 administration and security.
Strong understanding of enterprise networking and firewall administration.
Skilled in server virtualization (Hyper-V).
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Azure CLI.
Experience in cloud governance, compliance, and Microsoft Purview.
Ability to work independently and manage complex environments.
