Job Overview
We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer with 7+ years of experience to design and build scalable microservices, work on chat/messaging, medical imaging, and AI-powered applications. The role requires strong expertise in Kotlin, Spring Boot, Redis, OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Candidates with domain experience in Healthcare, AI Interfaces, or Distributed Systems will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deliver scalable systems and microservices
Work on messaging, medical imaging, and AI-driven applications
Ensure CI/CD pipelines, observability, and performance optimization
Mentor junior engineers and lead production deployments.
