Job Title: Lead – POS/Payments
Experience: 7–10 Years
Work Mode: Remote
Salary: Up to ₹35 LPA
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our growing POS/Payments team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and leadership capability to drive complex initiatives from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of POS and payment solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.
Drive Agile development processes, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Guide and mentor development team members.
Required Skills:
Proven hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
Expertise in building scalable and secure systems in the POS/Payments domain.
Strong understanding of system architecture and API integration.
Experience in application modernization projects.
Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) will be a strong advantage.
Preferred Attributes:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
