Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of PHP developers to successfully deliver projects within deadlines.
– Design and develop robust and scalable web applications using PHP frameworks.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
– Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide technical guidance.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance development processes.
– Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in PHP development.
– Proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
– Strong understanding of database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills.
