We are seeking a talented Lead Cross-Platform Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multi-platform development projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications that run seamlessly across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop cross-platform solutions that meet business needs.
– Design and implement efficient and reusable code for multiple platforms.
– Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cross-platform development.
– Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance across different platforms.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Cross-Platform Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
– Proficiency in popular cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native, Xamarin, or Flutter.
– Strong knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, C, or Dart.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Experience with version control systems such as Git.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-platform development.
– Strong communication and leadership skills.
– Ability to work well in a team environment.
– Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
