Job Title: KYC Executive (Back Office)
Location: Airoli, Mumbai
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 in-hand + PF + Medical + ESIC
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized KYC Executive to join our back-office team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate customer records. Key Responsibilities:
KYC Verification:

Conduct KYC checks for clients by verifying their identification and supporting documents (e.g., passport, address proof, etc.).
Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) as required.
Documentation & Data Entry:

Ensure that all customer documents are accurate, complete, and updated in the system.
Input customer information into the company’s database with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Compliance:

Ensure compliance with KYC, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Financial Crimes regulations.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits of KYC files to ensure they are up to date.
Customer Communication:

Liaise with clients (if necessary) to collect additional information or resolve discrepancies in their KYC documentation.
Reporting:

Maintain and update KYC reports and provide periodic updates to management on the status of KYC processes.
Risk Assessment:

Identify and flag any potential high-risk customers based on KYC guidelines and escalate to senior management for further action.
Record Maintenance:

Ensure proper record keeping and data management in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
Experience: Freshers are welcome, but prior experience in KYC or data entry roles is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with KYC-related software/tools.
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction and reporting.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to analyze documents and data accurately.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in customer data.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Timings:
For Female Candidates: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
For Male Candidates: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM
