Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Key Account Assistant to support the Key Account Manager in managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating account activities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Assist Key Account Manager in daily administrative tasks
– Coordinate communication between key clients and internal teams
– Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
– Monitor account activities and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables
– Address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 0-2 years of experience in key account management or related field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
