ITC Infotech is hiring enthusiastic and technically skilled candidates for the position of Junior System Administrator. This role is ideal for fresh tech graduates who are looking to start their career in IT infrastructure and system administration.
The selected candidate will support the IT team in managing systems, networks, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in installation and configuration of Windows/Linux systems
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues
Support user account management (Active Directory)
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and printers
Assist in network configuration and maintenance
Perform data backup and basic security checks
Handle IT support tickets and resolve user queries
Support software installation and updates
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows Server / Linux
Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS)
Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with MS Office and system tools
Basic understanding of virtualization (VMware/VirtualBox)
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork ability

Tech Graduate (B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA or equivalent)
