Job Description:
Elision Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Junior Support Engineer to provide technical support and assist in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience to build a career in technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
• Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity problems
• Respond to support tickets and resolve technical issues promptly
• Assist users through remote and on-site support
• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance
• Maintain technical documentation and issue logs
• Coordinate with senior engineers for complex technical issues
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
• Follow IT support processes and service standards
