Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Network Engineer to join our IT team in Ahmedabad. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level candidates to start their career in networking and gain hands-on experience in maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Support daily network operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures.
Work alongside senior IT staff to implement updates and security measures.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Certifications like CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus
Basic understanding of hardware and system troubleshooting
