Job Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of networking concepts and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field. You will assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of our company’s network and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
Support users with network and connectivity problems
Maintain documentation related to networks and systems
Ensure systems are secure and up to date
Collaborate with IT team to support internal infrastructure
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Basic knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and tools
Understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
